Copayment or coinsurance may be required, in accordance with your Bravo Health benefit plan.
Can I walk in or do I need to make an appointment?
For complex health care issues, an appointment should be made. Please call the Center to schedule an appointment. For immediate health care issues, no appointment is necessary. Patients needing this type of care may come in to the Center any time during open hours.

Who works at the Center?
The Center is staffed by caring physicians who are board certified in internal medicine, with significant experience in the management of complex chronic conditions in the Medicare population, as well as board certified physicians skilled in tertiary care.
The Center has established strong alliances with certain network hospitals, as well as strategic relationships with complex care safety net facilities. Hospitalists (health care providers who focus on hospital-based medical care) play an important role in determining the setting that can best address a patient's health care needs.
All licensed and/or certified health care providers are employees of the Bravo Health Advanced Care Center, P.C.

If I am not a Bravo Health member, can I still come to the Center for treatment?
No, the Bravo Health Advanced Care Center, P.C., only treats Bravo Health members; however, the patient's safety is our first priority. If a non-Bravo Health member comes to the Center, we will take the appropriate steps to call an ambulance service to transport the patient to the closest hospital emergency room.

The Center offers free parking and is accessible by public transportation. If a patient needs help getting to the Center, transportation assistance may be available by calling the Center.
